Dear Christmas Gift Recipients,
Every year before Christmas we’re all excited to go gift shopping. It’s a magical time -shopping, gift wrapping, home decorating, and the list goes on. Then comes boxing day when we are all gathered around the Christmas tree eager for the unwrapping festivities. A few seconds into the search and you’ve identified it. It’s the lavish red and green box with your name neatly caligraphed onto a tag that’s slightly tucked underneath the ribbon. 365 Days And Counting..

Yesterday, Memoirs of a Kenyan reached it’s one year mark. I am excited to share this moment with you.

I’ve always been a dreamer. And writing, for as long as I can remember, has been central to me.

Memoirs of a Kenyan is a dream. A dream that’s being realized. A dream that continues to explore its avenues and to expand.

At Memoirs of a Kenyan, we believe in dreaming, but we also encourage you to work on those dreams.
