This is to introduce Feel Good Wednesdays for a full Month commencing today up to the end of July. Keep in mind, you are always welcome to comment and share with us, we love to hear from you.
Being smack in the middle of the week, Wednesday is often a day when we are in the zone. We’ve made it past the Monday blues, worked ourselves into a somewhat productive Tuesday and finally, it’s Wednesday.
Everything seems to be gradually coming together.
At the same time there is a lot of pressure to deliver as the week hastily comes to its close. While we up the gear and produce results, it is vital that we learn to feel good in the process. Enjoy every moment.
This Wednesday while you ride on the morning transit, walk to your destination, drive or even simply wake up to a day at home, take a moment to listen to a few of these feel good tunes. Tell us which one is your favourite or suggest a tune to us.

  • Karma Chameleon – Culture Club
  • Live it up – Jennifer Lopez
  • Family Affair – Mary J Blige
  • Just Dance – Lady Gaga

And remember, enjoy every passing moment this Wednesday.
Until next week, so long!

Tonight, I find myself coming short. I am not where I had wanted to be today. I still have so much to do. I realize that my to-do-list is still considerably longer than my already-done-and-crossed off-list. There are so many things I would love to start doing and yet I seem to be caught in a rat. I am at a good place, just not as good as I would have preferred. To think about it is painful, admitting it ‘is an even harder pill to swallow’ as Mary of Hell’s kitchen put it two nights ago.
I definitely need to pull up my socks! Continue reading “It is 2AM but I cannot Sleep!”
